1. SERVICES PROVIDED

NextUp Enterprise provides services including but not limited to:

  • Credit repair and credit education

  • Business formation (LLC, EIN, etc.)

  • Website and branding setup

  • Business credit and funding guidance

  • Digital products, resources, and training

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client.

2. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Credit score increases

  • Deletion of negative items

  • Approval for loans, funding, or credit

Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Under federal law, you also have the right to repair your own credit at no cost.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Upload required documents in a timely manner

  • Maintain active credit monitoring (if required)

  • Follow guidance and recommendations provided

Failure to comply may affect your results.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments are due as agreed at checkout

  • Monthly services are billed automatically unless canceled

  • Certain services may require third-party subscriptions (credit monitoring, domain hosting, etc.)

  • These third-party services are separate and non-refundable

We reserve the right to suspend services for missed or declined payments.

5. REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the nature of digital services and work performed:

  • No refunds once services have begun

  • No refunds for completed work

  • Setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel services at any time by contacting:

support@nextupenterprise.com

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Work already completed will not be refunded

  • Access to services may be terminated upon cancellation

7. CREDIT REPAIR DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)

In accordance with federal law:

  • You can dispute inaccurate information yourself for free

  • You can obtain a free credit report annually

  • You may cancel services within 3 business days of signing (if applicable under CROA)

NextUp Enterprise does not charge for services that have not yet been performed where prohibited by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (credit monitoring, payment processors, software, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages

  • Billing issues from third-party providers

  • Data accuracy from external systems

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Digital products

Are the property of NextUp Enterprise and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextUp Enterprise is not liable for:

  • Financial decisions made by clients

  • Credit decisions by lenders

  • Loss of income, opportunities, or business

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

11. ACCOUNT ACCESS & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny service to anyone

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

  • Remove access without notice if terms are breached

12. PRIVACY

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
